Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days before shipment. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.
Orders with incomplete or incorrect billing or shipping details may require additional verification. This may delay processing by 3–5 additional business days.
All addresses are verified through the United States Postal Service database to ensure accurate delivery.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
Shipping time depends on the delivery service selected during checkout. Transit time estimates do not include weekends or public holidays.
All delivery times are estimates only. LeanZeen is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control such as severe weather, carrier disruptions, labor strikes, or transportation issues.
If a shipment is refused by the customer, any shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Our primary shipping carrier is UPS. Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot guarantee replacement for items reported lost or stolen during transit.

International orders may take 4–6 weeks for delivery. In rare circumstances, shipping may extend to 8–12 weeks depending on customs clearance processes in the destination country.
Due to high order volume, purchases are quickly transferred to our fulfillment center. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
If more than 24 hours have passed, cancellation may not be possible because the order may already be in processing or shipment.
If an order has already shipped, customers may refuse the delivery or return the product with a valid tracking number. Once the returned package is received and inspected, a refund will be processed.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout.
LeanZeen cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to that location.
If tracking information shows that a package was successfully delivered to the provided address, LeanZeen cannot issue refunds for claims of non-delivery.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly (USPS or UPS) for assistance with delivery disputes.
To qualify for a full refund, all bottles must be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date. This includes empty, partially used, and unopened bottles, as well as any promotional or bonus items.

Failure to return all bottles or provide the required order details may result in a partial refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the return package is received and verified by our fulfillment center, the refund will be issued. Refunds typically appear on your bank or card statement within 3–5 business days.
